How does SupplyMover distribute leads?
We have standardized ways of handling leads. The default way is a round robin rotation, automatically assigning leads to the rep who hasn’t received a new lead recently. There are also a ton of ways to customize this process, making your lead distribution work the way you want. Assigning maximums, specialties, and even lead rotation criteria are all options for sales managers.
How can I be sure all of the new leads are being distributed?
Our AI is actually much more reliable because there’s no risk of human error – it won’t miss any leads that have been input to the system! Ensure all leads get assigned in a timely fashion!
How does SupplyMover know which team member to give certain leads to?
Depending on the criteria you set, each rep will get a tailored set of leads just for them. If they specialize in selling a certain type of product, or have experience selling to a certain region, we can make sure they get the leads best suited for them.
What happens when sales reps aren’t getting to their leads?
