You Have Questions.
We Have Answers.
How is e-commerce different than order entry?
The difference between order entry and having an e-commerce solution comes in the time and ease in which customers and reps are able to complete an order. In older systems, your sales teams would talk with customers and then manually key their orders into your order handling system for fulfillment. With E-commerce solutions, your customers can go directly into an online portal or interface, find new products and initiate purchases immediately.
Do users actually use the CRM?
Yes they do. With our sales enablement system built directly into SupplyMover’s CRM, your sales reps will have an easier time tracking customer’s needs, answering questions and providing valuable services. All while giving you the ability to easily pull reports, track inventory, productivity, and valuable customer insights.
What are the benefits of an integrated e-commerce?
An integrated e-commerce system allows users to provide improved customer service while making space for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. While working with customers, sales reps can place orders directly from the CRM, assist in creating orders, or update and complete orders as needed. Having an integrated e-commerce solution also cuts down on abandoned carts, as reps can follow up on incomplete orders, make suggestions, and help troubleshoot problems with customers.
What is “dual order-entry”?
Dual order entry is a specific functionality that allows reps to share customer’s e-commerce cart via the CRM. This helps sales reps answer customer questions, update an order, or complete a transaction. As an added benefit, this also allows reps to cross-sell or up-sell other products and add them to a customer’s cart in real-time.
What is suggested selling, and why is it helpful?
Suggested selling is using past order data and hot items to provide reps with suggested items to pitch to shoppers. This can add complimentary products to their initial purchase, (cross selling) or compel them to purchase an item with a higher price point that they were initially interested in buying (upselling.) Having access to AI-powered suggested selling tools allows reps insights on additional items the customer could want or need in real-time.
What payment types are accepted?
SupplyMover provides customers with payments via credit card and ACH, reducing your reliance on collecting paper checks or long invoicing periods.
